my boy plays football and has some girls hangin' around, but he runs like a girl. arms flailing around and everything. what the hell?

haha. that's cute. Maybe you should go on jogs with him in the neighborhood if it's safe, with you next to him, it'll be hard to flail his arms unless he wants to hit your stomach.
And most sons look up to their dads, so after a few week he'll probably adapt to your running stance, so make sure you're not duck footed or a hunckback or anything.
