Here is the site for the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. You can find the report there:

Here is a good short analysis of the IPCC findings:

Looking at your other questions, you seem to have a project on global warming and climate change.

I assume therefore that the UN panel you mentioned but did not identify is the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). This is a group of scientists whose job it is to examine the gigantic body of research done on climate change related topics. They then report on the trends observed in the research. They try to summarise the work thousands of scientists around the world in many different disciplines so that it easier to undrstand what research is saying about climate change.

The panel is divided into three large working groups. Working Group One (WG1) recently released the findings of the Fourth Assessment Report of Climate Change (called AR4 for short). I think this is the report you mean.

WG1 only deals with the scientific basis i.e. scientific support for climate change. Read this page:

http://www.ucsusa.org/global_warming/science/ipcc-highlights1.html

It should help you list some of the findings of their recent report.

Also this is more a question of science, even though you have it for social studies. If you need more help, try posting questions in the Environment & Ecology category of Yahoo! Answers.
