Well, the scenario goes like this...I met this guy at a gym club I attend.I wasn't really attracted to him, but he seemed really nice and comforting.Everytime I would see him, he's always come up to me and see how i was doing.I notice there was a ltlle flirting action going on, he gave me his cell number and when I called him he told me he found me to be VERY Attractive, and that if I ever wanted to hang out ot go to a movie call him, so i finally did three weeks ago..and all I can say is that he hasn't been positive.I told him that we should hang out, he tells me in a couple of weeks because he has no money, then i call hima few weeks later and he tells me that he's busy, maybe next week, I text message him to see if we were going out still, he tells me that some things came up, and he was suppossed to hang out with a few people, and he'll let me know he was free...so I'm feeling very rejected.,and I don't know why all the distance from him, when he intiated the "hanging out".

Drop him. He isn't interested. He was playing and you are falling for his efforts to build his ego.

Ignore him at the gym. Lose his number. Call him a loser in front of another.

Either way, move on....you are not rejected. He is just a jerk.

The comments about Australia are crazy. They absolutely were originally a Gun Nut nation and protested when their government wanted to take them away. However, they have not had a mass shooting since 1992 as a result and the Australians (even the ones who protested) will now tell you they feel much safer. In addition, not all guns were taken away; people still have hunting rifles and if a bad guy or boogie man broke into your house, you would still be able to do plenty of damage with a hunting rifle. My point - do we really need every American to have access to machine guns and sniper rifles? Can't we restrict specific gun access and only make hand guns and hunting rifles accessible? Just saying.

First of all, when he initiated for you two to hang out you should have told him to call you, not you call him. Even so, once you called him and he gave you his excuse, you should have allowed him to call you when he felt he would be able to be free to go out. Otherwise it appears you calling him over and over has begun to make you look desperate. Stop calling him. Men like to chase. If he is interested, then he will let you know. He probably had something in his life come up and had a change of plans. If you continue to call him he will begin to regret ever initiating a date with you in the first place. I do hope you listen to what I had to say.

Well, it just didn't work out. Is it such a big deal? If YOU didn't really feel like "hanging out" with him anymore, I'm sure you wouldn't feel guilty about it.

Sorry to say it, but I think it's good when the ladies get some of their own medicine. Some are so accustomed to the idea that only WOMEN have the right to say "no" that they are shocked and offended when a man does.

Just be yourself if a particular guy reacts this way. He seems to be a naive and proud type. You should call it a blessing as you better not get to know him any better. No one is perfect in this world. if you felt he rejected you then he is actually rejecting himself. He will miss alot of wonderful people in this world and only get to know unpleasant people who have the same character as him.

Trust me you will sure to know more wonderful people than him.

:]

It sounds as though he is afraid to let you down easy and thinks you will get the point by him avoiding you! Let it go. There are better men out there.

He made a nice statement to you that he obviously didn't mean. Don't bother him anymore. Find someone who actually means what they say!
