Since there are 2 kings in the six cards, probability give you a 2/6 or a 33.33% chance of picking at least one king. Conversely, since you have a 2/6 chance of getting a king, you have a 4/6 or 66.67% chance of not getting a king, so B is more likely.

You have a 4/6 chance of getting no kings on the first card. If you don't pick a king on the first, then you have a 3/5 chance of not getting a king on the second.
