Sure it is!....with any number of on-line 'universities' or 'colleges'. The problem is that the 'degrees' aren't worth anything. Ask any HR person in any company ... as soon as they see "The University of Phoenix" (or any other on-line 'university') that application/resume goes to the bottom of the pile...never to be seen again.
