I had some really emotional phases in my pregnancys, especially if I was under alot of stress. The best thing I did, was try to recognize that I was being emotional, then I would go hide in my bathroom, where no one else was, and take a bath or something, and just take a few minutes to get myself together, and think about if I was upset because I should be, or if it was horomones. Sometimes a few minutes alone, will be enough for you to calm yourself down and get control of your emotions. Even if only for a little while. When you are not being emotional, make sure you do something sweet for your bf, and tell him how much you apreciate him putting up with you when your like that. That way he is more likely to stay supportive. And just remember, your not pregnant forever. It will be over soon. Also maybe you should talk to your doctor about anxiety. And if possible, try and reduce the things that cause you too much stress. Good luck.

Being emotional during pregnancy is normal to an extent, but it sounds like you are extra emotional and maybe you should see your doctor. They might have something you can take that is safe during pregnancy to help you relax.
