I bought my cousin living in England, a Sony PSP which I bought from the USA. He wants to know that if he buys games from the UK, will it work on the PSP bought in USA?

The PSP Was Made To Communicate Freely With Other PSPs, So It Is Region Free..
You Can Practically Play Any PSP Game From Any Region On Any PSP. And Attatchments Don't Matter As Well..
The Only Thing Restricted On The PSP Are UMD Movies: Music And Movie UMDs Are Only Playable In It's Respective Region, Meaning You Can't Play That Japanese UMD Movie Unless You Have A Japanese PSP..

Yeah definitely, I have Japanese games on my US psp. There is no region restrictions for GAMES. However movies are a different story.
Thats why people love importing the different colored PSP's from Japan, there is no region restrictions.

It depends if the psp is region free, but it should be fine.
