A business broker earns as much earns as much as his, energy, contacts, sales skills and knowledge allows him to.

There is really no way one can come close to answering your question. The reason for this is because everyone is different.

You have those individuals that are please to earn $5000.00 per month and after they has reached their goal they shut down for the month.

Then you have those that are go getter's, that will go all out and do all they can to exceed the monthly goals. They will be the top salesperson for 4 of the 12 months

Then you have those that fall in the middle. They will be top sales one out of the 12 months.

So to say how much a business broker earns is based on what and where you place yourself in the stacking order.

Now I know that you want figures, but again those brokers that work in New York and Los Angeles will earn more than ones that work in Jasper Hole Wy or Sweet water,TX.

I really don't know how to answer your question. But your top sales persons earn well into six figures, if you just have to have numbers. On the lower earning scale between lower five figures.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

What kind of broker are we talking about? If you are talking about a Real Estate broker then my opinion is that you get out of it what you put into it. I have been a Realtor for 3 months and I am already closing on my 1st deal, but from what I hear that isn't the norm. In most cases it can take 5 - 6 mos. before a broker will close their first deal. It really depends on the person and what you are willing to do for your success. But if you want statistics on what a Real Estate brokers make in your area go to www.mysalary.com and go to the free salary wizard. Or go to http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos120.htm which is the bureau of labor statistic website. But at the end of the day, the sky is the limit! Best of luck!
