Happiness comes from within - I am always happy.... There are things in the world I am not happy about, a lot of things - but I can look at them and deal with them rationally....do what I can when I can to help.
A smile can not only turn your day around but someones elses day too. When it seems that everything has gone wrong, smile - or laugh at it.....You will live longer..and have a better life.

My happiness comes in brief spurts, like when I listen to my son read his favorite books for the millionth time or I listen to my daughter play the piano which she used to hate or remembering a time when that's all I was-- happy. For the most part, I am resolved, but happiness, that is such a rare emotion I cherish it when it comes.

I'm very very happy nearly all of the time, hooray! Except when something bad happens, then of course I'm not very happy for a while.

well everyone has something they're mad about and something they're happy about. As for me... I'm pretty happy. I just won 2nd place in an essay contest at my school, and the 3 winners get to be on a billboard in my city! it's kinda cool... since i've never been on a billboard before...
