When is best time to release alot of sperm?

me and my girl are trying to get pregnant. if i wait a few days does that make the sperm count bigger

Yes, 2 days is best between ejaculations. But, if you go more than 5 days then your sperm count actually drops because the mature sperm start dying.

yes. but don't wait too long either it impacts the sperms motility.
