I worked at a tanning salon and 2day was day 2 of my training .After i left the manager called me n told me she was letting me go basically because i wasnt catching on 2 the computer system as fast as "she would like me 2". But its another girl there who told me she struggled with it for almost 3 months and she is still has her job. Of course im not gonna know everything on my second day. Its a 3 day training course she cut me loose on day 2. manager kept a girl who burned a customer badly in the tanning bed because she set the womans bed over the recommended time. Terms for termination specifically said burning a customer gets you fired. . When i mentioned that to manager she hung up in my face cuz she knew i was rite. She also told str8 up lies on me to the regional manager. Not 1 lie 2 or 3 complete lies. Should i be offended, and file a complaint. I feel like i was very wronged.

Sweetie, count this as a blessing that you are no longer there. Something bad could happen that would not be your fault, and this biotch could blame you for what happened. It was unfair for her to fire you like that, but you go find another job where the owner or the supervisor/s will be supportive and not stab you in the back this way. You go ahead with filing the complaint.

Yes you should feel offended. Sounds like this lady's a jerk. I would file a complaint. I mean I realize you only worked there two days, but that can still affect you getting some other job. Since you feel so wronged about it, I would suggest filing a complaint. If you file a complaint, you will at least feel like you are heard, you know? Good luck. I hope everything works out to your advantage!
