It depends on the reason that they are firing you. If you were truthful on the application about it (and you should not lie because that is fraud and will get you fired right away) then I would ask them what is the reason for termination? See what they say.

Yes, you can.
So you might not want to put that on your application. The purpose of the application and resume is simply to land a face-to-face interview with the employer.

It'd probably be better if you withheld that information until the end of an interview.
