What to get my best friend for her birthday??? She is kinda high maintenance and has all designer bags and shoes. Dont really know what to get the girl who has everything.

How about a nice manicure/pedicure and you go with her. You could always get her a picture frame and put a pic of the two of you in, you can never have too many if those.
If you can afford it maybe a spa treatment. You can also get her a massage.

get her jewelry!! there are so many diff types of earrings necklaces bracelets and rings out there. They are all unique. Also you dont have to spend a lot of money cause jewelry is jewelry. After that you two can go for a girls night out kinda thing!! Maybe get your nails done go shopping...
