Is there any way I can talk on my psp mic while using a connection that is not my own. (i.e. my university)?

if so how would i do this. if the answer is no, then i will assume i can only talk topeople in the game if i am on my own connection so i can manipulate the ports. I know this question has been asked thousands of time, but please let me know if there is something i can do

The mic is only supported with the right software. And currently that is only with the games that support the mic.
