See a doctor about it.
Depending on factors such as the size and location of the genital warts, a doctor will offer one of several ways to treat them.
Imiquimod, (Aldara®) a topical immune response cream which can be applied to the affected area
A 20% podophyllin anti-mitotic solution, which can be applied to the affected area and later washed off
A 0.5% podofilox solution, applied to the affected area but should not be washed off
A 5% 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) cream
Trichloroacetic acid (TCA)
Pulsed dye laser
Liquid nitrogen cryosurgery

There are no treatments. Genital warts are caused by the HPV or Human Papilloma Virus. There are many different types of the virus itself. Several types can cause cervical cancer. You need to let your health provider know, especially when you have pap smears. Women also can get genital warts. Next time, have your partners wear condoms.

You should go and get tested for it by a professional. The doctor will be able to prescribe you something if indeed you have gotten it.
