Where should I talk?

i had to wright an essay and i wrote it but then it asks me to indicate two places where i would talk this essay is Should dangerous sports be banned?

I am a football coach so I don't necessarily like your topic. But it doesnt mean I can't try to help you.

I think the best places for this type of speech is maybe at a school board meeting to say why students put themselves at such a high risk, when education is more important. Sorry I cannot think of another response
