province/state/county if I live in Bakersfield CA.?

province/state/county was a question on an application I was filling out. California, Kern is the state and county but I'm not sure what the province is

Province = for canadians.

And yea bakersfield here too. Freaking houses are going up like crazy, but nothing to do.

province is in canada they have them instead of states goggle it.
Poor thing I live in Bakersfield too. Almost always bored out of my mind!
