Either AL East or NL Central.

Every analyst always says either the AL or NL east will be the toughest, but oddly the same team always wins (or at least almost always wins, Yankees and Braves). The AL and NL Central tend to be the most competitive in terms of teams being close in talent and battling for position all season long. The AL Central featured three teams that had top 5 records in baseball and should continue to be tight among the top three teams (Twins, Tigers and White Sox). The NL Central should also be competitive, but not on as high a level. For each of the last few seasons, teams from the NL central have fought until the last day of the season to make the playoffs. Houston got better, St. Louis won the World Series, Milwaukee has a very promising pitching staff, Chicago added some power to its lineup, and Cincinnati had a very surprising year. With the exception of Pittsburgh, every team in the NL Central has a shot at winning the division or getting the Wild Card.

The most competitive division will be both the AL and NL Central. The AL will be the better one, but both will be competitive.

If I had to go with one division, I'd have to say the AL Central.

If Cleveland is as good as I think they will be, I have to give a slight edge to the AL Central.
