Protein - Broken into amino acids so ribosomes can make them into proteins again.

Fat - Broken into glycerol and acids and stored or used for energy

they get absorbed and used. they are absorbed by the lining of the stomach and intestines and used in places all over the body depending on what nutrient it is.

They are converted into energy and burned. What comes out your exhaust pipe is unused nitrogen filled by products. And the poisons from your system.
