Vice grips and a hammer.

Be sure you are turning it to the left. Use a 1/2" chisel & 2 lb. shop hammer. Place the chisel 1/8" from the left hand edge of one of the six flat spots on the nut. Hold the chisel @ a 60 degree angle to that flat side. Start with light blows & increase as needed. It works just like an impact wrench.

I would use a socket wrench and a 1/2 drive ratchet with it.If that doesn't do it then use a box end wrench hooked through the ratchet handle for a cheater bar. You may want to buy a new gasket, it looks like the old one is flattened out by overtightning.

Go to sears and buy a 1/2 inch breaker bar with the correct short socket. You'll be able to tip the car over with these tools.

use a wrench and a long pipe that fits the wrench so that you can get more strength from the pipe instead of just the small wrench.
