I am 4 weeks today and had a little bit of reddish brown discharge (sorry TMI I know) is this ok or should I call the doctor? I was only a small amount so far and I had no spotting before I found out I was pregnant. I hace still had cramps on and off the past few days.

Since you are 4 weeks today, technically your baby's gestation age is 2 weeks and your embryo probably just implanted into your uterus a week or two ago. Chances are its just implantation bleeding or a little break through bleeding. But still if it concerns you then calling your doctor would be a good idea to put your mind at ease. If the bleeding picks up and gets more bright red then seek immediate medical attention. But I'm 95% sure that's its implatation bleeding, but give your doctor a ring. God bless and Congrats on your new bundle of joy to be!!

Considering the fact that you are only 4 weeks along...and without pregnancy, you'd be due for your period, it's probably nothing, but always be safe than sorry.

You should have called your doctor before turning to the internet first though!!!

I don't mean to frighten you, but the cramping at this point is reason enough to get the doctor as quickly as you can. Also, the spotting is something to consider as well. Best of luck!!

usually under normal circumstances it can be normal. But you should call your doctor and make an appointment because it can be the start of something more serious.
