It turns over. My battery is charged. I changed the spark plug. It's been sitting up for a while.

Change the gas and take the spark plug out and spray some starter fluid in the hole then put the plug back in and try it.

Try replacing the gas. If it hasn't been driven in a while, the gas could have become bad. Try changing it out and see if that helps. The same thing happens to my lawn mower every single year when spring comes around. It sits all winter and when its finally time to mow, the stupid thing won't start. Changing out the gas makes all the difference in the world.
