WinRAR is a shareware but it doesn't seem to expire

WinAce, but they will make you install something called whenU, which is gain spyware renamed. It is an annoying program that will popup randomly with ads and randomly open new IE windows when you go to websites.
There is another program called WinRar , it isn't free but no spyware. I can't find anyone else who has a free rar program for windows.

http://7-zip.com does rar's, and it's freeware. Win-zip and win-rar are both shareware.
