Possibly low blood pressure, Not specifically anaemia, but just low iron levels. I have this with the iron levels only 10.9 at the stage where unnecessary to treat but advised to take a supplement and up diet of iron which was good already. Since taking levels have gone down to 10.7 but my severe headaches, and occasional dizziness gone, they are checking my ferratin levels(iron store). Get it checked again I've had mine measured monthly and was deemed not a risk Now 23weeks. As your 13weeks maybe just the ill effects of the first trimester coming to an end where the nausea and tiredness subsides, hope you feel better soon and do have plenty of fluids to drink and check your having enough sugar, you may be not wanting to put on too many pregnancy pounds, fruit can be good like a banana:o)

Every pregnancy is different... I had alot of sickness and felt funny, faint , and dizzy with my first pregnancy I couldnt keep any food or drink down it didnt matter what I ate or when even a cup of tea i could'nt keep anythng down! This eased of at about 5 months then I felt alive again! My second pregnancy I had no sickness no dizziness, none of the above it was completely different to thefirst. If you are concerned ask your Midwife for some advice on your next visit..maybe she will run a few other test's just to put your mind at ease! Good-Luck.x.

Your diet. Sounds like your blood sugars are off. Baby and hormones play havoc on our bodies and really tend to mess with our sugars. The trick is to eat small meals several times a day and not 3 big meals. If you tend to eat the 3 big meals then you're snacking throughout the day should be the fruit/carrot/granola kind.
You will be checked for gestational diabetes during your pregnancy and this could very well be your sign. It happens to a lot of women so don't panic.
I'd say watch your diet a little closer and be sure to continue to drink your fluids to avoid dehydration.
Good luck with pregnancy and baby.

How recently did you have the test done? It could be from that. Ive been getting dizzy and passed out once through this entire pregnancy, Im 38 weeks. Getting dizzy is fairly common in pregnancy but I would suggest calling your DR and letting him/her know what youre feeling. Good luck!

i would drink a lot of water and eat a big meal. the same thing happened to me when i had my blood work done. just take it easy, get some rest, drink some water or juice, and eat something that is good for you. you should start feeling a little better after that.

maybe it IS anaemia. i have thalesemia(not sure how to spell it either lol), its a type of anaemia thats common in meditaranian women. i tend to get those feelings too- although not just when im pregnant. for me they are normal, especially ifi havent eaten well during the day or i just woke up, or am feeling really tired. i went through a phase where it was difficult to have showers in the early morning coz i felt i was gonna pass out. but it was all due to the Thalesemia trate in my blood. im sure your fine, maybe your anaemia is just creeping its little head again, although i dont think theres anything to worry about. if you still feel unsure then see your GP, i hope it all works out. xxx

I think that its quite normal, my sister was like that all the way through, especially to the end, she nearly passed out a few times.
Rest, drink loads of water, and try taking tonic, its to keep your iron levels up, as this is one thing that I know drops in pregnancy.

Sounds like your blood pressure is a little low. I had the same thing with my first child, and it was because of low blood pressure. I invested in a blood pressure monitor and checked myself regularly throughout my pregnancy.

Have you had your blood pressure checked recently? I had high BP both times and felt dizzy. Get it checked. Good luck and it comes down so dont worry.
