I'm going out for dinner tonight, and I have a sore on the side of my tongue from biting it in my sleep, so I'm not sure if one of these dishes will irritate it.:
1) Smothered chicken with garlic potatos
2) Chicken and pasta
3) Burger and garlic fries
Which do you think I should order? Or should I go for something else? (We'll be eating at Apple Bee's, by the way.)

that's so weird...I bit my tongue today too-it really hurts! :(
I had a burger for dinner and I was ok but I'd avoid fries especially if they have vinegar on them...pasta sounds safer :D

#1 i would not go to Applebees.
#2 i think any of that would irritate your sore. maybe chicken and pasta would be ok....

i think no. 2 will not irritate it cause it dnt have garlic on it
