Depends on the type of upholstery you have. If you have vinyl, then you can buy a vinyl repair kit. It comes with 3 different color resin bottles. You can get close to the same color by mixing them per the instructions. It also has a bunch of different vinyl patterns you use to match the grain of the vinyl. An iron is used to set the resin. It's difficult to exactly match the color so when you get done, find a vinyl paint close to the original color and spray all the seats the same color. Be sure to clean them well before you start and use light coats. I used this on my Corvette and the seats looked brand new when I was done.

if you havent burned completely through the fabric, you can just paint over the burn and it will be pretty difficult to notice.. i know it sounds kinda crazy, but it works.. just find a paint color that is slightly lighter than the fabric and lightly brush over it..

if the cigarette burned a hole completely through the fabric, like it would on the seat, the best thing to do is to take it to a professional detail shop.. they will usually patch it up for around $50..
