I'd feel violated if some stranger did that to me. Tell your cousin not to do that anymore cause if she would've done it to the wrong person, she could be in the hospital b/c they probably would've hurt her.

If someone walked up to me and started rubbing something on me, not only would I knock the crap out of the person, I'd get a warrant for assault.

Rubbing lotion on strangers.WOW!!!If she got in trouble,did they not ask her 2?I've rubbed lotion on strangers while sunbathing.They asked me 2 do it.I never got in trouble.So,I didn't know that it was against the law.*

it's sexual harrassment/ sexual assault...just because it's touching you. i don't think rubbing lotion on strangers should be illegal, but i do think the stranger should be allowed to beat the crap outta of you.
