In the last episode Kara's viper exploded. Is she really dead?

if she is really dead, she will still be a regular.. As a voice of reason showing up in people's visions.. Seems to be a regular thing with that show.

I honestly have no idea where they were going with this-her "death" seemed pointless. Maybe there's some grand plan and it will all come together but it seemed unneccesary to me. I've been dissapointed with BSG lately-seem like they've gotten away from the Cylons altogther. There used to be this great suspense about the Cylons being hot on their trail and this great menace but now it's like they're forgotten. They've done little to nothing with Caprica 6 on the ship and even less with the rest of the Cylons. Hope there's some big payoff coming soon

I hope not. She's my favorite character. I'm worried about how they're going to deal with this one. I really hope they haven't jumped the shark here.
