I had a streak at 12, and am 75% gray at 33. The streak was attractive. I did get silly one night about 10 years ago and started to color it and still do. My color is dark, much like your I suspect. It is to the point now that I have to color every two weeks, my job requires me to keep up on it. In fact.............I should be doing that now instead of being on here. I would suggest you not color it as it is very hard to stop. I do not know of any wonder nutrients, I would suggest a balanced diet. I will say this, in my teens and twenties I did receive a lot compliments. Most of the time when I would get comments, I would reply that is was silver and very expensive and exclusive! lol. You will hear that it is very distinguishing on men. I like to think I am a young fun loving 30 something, but I think it is HOT! Seriously. I don't know what it is but I find it very attractive. Go with it.

Nothing is wrong with you. Some people gray at a young age and most of the time it has something to do with genetics. Has anyone in your immediate family, such as mom or dad, grayed early? If so, that is where you get it from. (usually from the father's side). You could always buy hair dye the color of your natural hair.

I know a young girl who has had several white hairs appear at the age of 5. The doctor has said it's nothing to worry about - genetic.

grey hair is a genetic trait. If you are going grey, you can either accept it as a part of your heritage, or you can dye your hair, that's about it.

As long as your not going bald its cool. If you got a young face, with grey hair, it might actually look attractive/sophisticated to women

Diet is the answer to greying hair. go on an all natural diet, with NO processed or starchy foods.

Try dye. The gray hairs are the result of stem cells in your follicles that make new melanocytes (coloring cells), dying. They can't yet be replaced by science.
