Africa is between Two lines of longitude, 20 degrees and 50 degrees. The Equator runs through the center of Africa. South to 25 degrees latitude and north 37 degrees latitude. The tropic of cancer, north latitude 23 degrees, the Tropic of Capricorn, south 23 degrees latitude. These are all the lines, You are most likely looking for these lines. The Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn. You have every line that affects Africa, hope this helps

im not sure but i think itz between those cancer and capricorn lines that are above and below the equator
