If you can feel lumps, then it is very likely she is. Pet stores are known for mis-sexing their pigs and selling pregnant, and sometimes sick ones. What you'll want to do first is take her to a guinea pig experienced vet, for a check up.
Gestation is 59 - 73 days. During the pregnancy be sure to provide foods with lots of calcium and vitamin c. Giving her alfalfa hay as opposed to timothy hay isn't a bad idea either. The further along she gets try not to handle her as much or for long periods of time. The pups will be born fully furred, eyes and ears open, ready to run. They'll be eating veggies and hay a couple days after being born. If she has any male pups, they will have to be removed at three weeks old to avoid impregnating their mother, or your other female (they can remain housed together).
Please be aware that guinea pigs have a 20% chance of dying with pregnancy. You will have to keep a close eye on her to watch for any problems, especially if she is either very young or even more especially if she is over 8 months old.
Also please check out the links I've provided in the sources list. They are all very excellent resources for guinea pig information.
Good luck!

I would take it back to the pet store and voice your concerns. If they sold you a pregnant guinea pig and didn't tell you, they should check it out for free and tell you, and maybe you can suggest they pay for a vet visit (as gunieascan miscarriage if not healthy and may end up needing an emergency c-section)

Just search "pregrent guinea pig" on the internet in google images. there are pictures there of what your guinea pig should look like when she is pregrent
when we brought our second guinea pig, ashley, she was the right size. we brought her to keep poppin (our first guinea pig) happy. then she started eating more than poppin and getting fatter, but just in her middle. we began thinking she was pregrent when she weighet a full 100 grams more then poppin, who was 5 weeks older than her. when she was a week from having her babies, we took her to the pet store to check if she was pregrent, an she was. she gave birth to 3 babies, who were adorable, oreo, bubbley (named after my best friend, bianca) and holly. unfrtunatly, bubbly & holly were boys, so they were given away, but we kept oreo.

One way to tell, once she is quite far gone is to sit her on your lap, give her time to calm down, and cup your hands around her belly. once she has calmed down you will be able to feel the babies kick.
