Does anyone know where i can get vodafone mms & browser settings?

I have a motorola V3x on vodafone, it used to be on contract and i've swiched to pay as you talk but cant seem to find the mms settings anywhere

call the vodaphone pay as you go customer services and they will send you them via text

go on the vodaphone website and they should text you them
