There are some specialty iron-on papers you can get for your home printer. Just pick them up at Joann's or at WalMart in the notion section. Scan your daughter's picture into your computer, then edit, re size, etc.. and print. Then follow the iron on directions. Some must be done with a dry iron--pay careful attention to the instructions.

Oh fun. You can easily do this at home. Scan your picture into your computer. MIRROR THE IMAGE. that is very important. If you dont when you iron it on it will appear backwards. Mirror the image in a computer program, (photo edit, photoshop, kodak easyshare) and then print it onto transfer paper you can purchase at walmart. iron it. then embroder.

If you cant do it at home go to kinkos.

OR you could take a photo or the drawing to a Wal-Mart supercenter where they have a photo center and ask them to mirror the image onto iron on transfer paper. easy as that.

good luck!

You can buy a program known as PC Stitch. You scan your drawing into a computer. It will print out a pattern as well as list of the floss you will need.

Go to Kinko's and photo copy it on transfer paper and you can then iron it on to the shirt.

you would have to go somewhere like kinko's, where you can copy and resize it however you want, then get it printed on iron-on paper, and then you would iron it on the tshirt so you could then embroider it.

How about a light box? I made my own with a picture frame suspended on thread spools, and I slipped a touch light underneath.
