It is the incompetence of the government leaders on both sides, the World Trade Center had warnings that went to congress and the President. They were not taken as seriously as needed.
The rest of the nightmares are symptoms to what is going on.

Katrina was the result of New Orleans citizens not heading the warnings and listening to directions that even I heard on CNN the day before and Ray Nagin and Louisiana's governor's incompetence. Scooter Libbey was convicted of hindering an investigation, nothing more. Plame was NOT undercover! Walter Reed has been in very bad shape for a very long time. I wonder who was President before you could blame everything on Bush? The list goes on and on.

These are different departments and I seriously doubt the Democrats do any better. Scooter Libby was political force with a jury with no idea what they were doing. I think he will be acquitted on appeal.

Walter Reed: Clinton's failure for cutting the military budget the 8 years he was in office...how hard would it be for you to catch up if your paycheck was cut in half for 8 years?...and it is not the hospital they are upset about it is the barracks...you have to choose when you have a small budget...fix barracks or buy new equipment to save lives...which one would you chose?
