My limewire hasn't been working for a while now, are there any other programs apart from frostwire that I can use?

Try reinstalling limewire or fixing it with tips from their website as LimeWire is strongly recommended the best downloading program to others such as emule and morpheus.
Fixing it with tips from the website would definately be the best option here
