It does a hell of a lot less harm than alcohol. In moderation, it should be fine.

it also does damage to your lungs and neural pathways ... some long term effects may not yet be known ... also, what you smoke it out of can effect you (laminated wood, aluminum)
... anything and everything in moderation my friend, and you'll be fine
