Yes they are a big scam. You should download SpyBot Search and Destroy, this will stop most of them and if you also but your popup blocker on internet explorer it also helps. However if you download Mozilla Firefox and delete Internet Explorer by going to control panel then add or remove programs then windows components. You will not get any and the best thing is both Spybot and Mozilla are FREE

DOWNLOAD THIS TO GET RID OF THEM Right here man this will clean you right up in 30min. download this its not a virus spyware or nothing it is from microsoft it self. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=435BFCE7-DA2B-4A6A-AFA4-F7F14E605A0D&displaylang=en when you click on the link it will come 2 microsoft webpage. click continue, then a thingy may show up on the bottom of the address bar, left click and install that, then click download a window saying run or dont run will come back up it will do this 2 times. then another window will come up 2 just fallow the instuctions and your computer will b as good as new.

Total scam never click, best to get a pop-up blocker if you install yahoo toolbar should be one on there.

totally scams.
you can get all this free equipment; tv's computers, jewelry, but you have to meet their requirements to work with their advertisers. this will include signing up for at least one credit card, getting on all kinds of mailing list, etc.

The one I really hate says your computer has a virus, click here to get rid of it.
Either there is not really a virus, or if you find one is there, THEY PUT IT THERE.

Always click the X close box or ignore them

Yes sweetie, and I think if you click them they make your pc slower as well so I would run a virus scan if you can.

They certainly are, if you click on them you generally end up with viruses on your computer. They are a pain
