I want something that is in a city with fun nightlife, and on the beach. It doesn't matter which state, thought I would prefer something on the east coast. I will be traveling in June probably. Anyone know of any good places to spend a week?

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the best vaction spot on the East Coast. MB has everything. You could never leave the blvd. during your vacation and have a blast. There is so many things to do, from Family Kingdom, Myrtle Waves, Ripleys, many little shops with great prices. There are also plenty of things to do on Hwy 17 and on 501, like the Tanger Outlets. The Breakers is a really nice hotel, but don't stay at The Sandcastle. It is awful. Myrtle Beach is also on about and hour and a half from Charleston, SC which has a lot of nice things to do. But if you go to MB, make sure you go up to Coastal Grand Mall and eat at Sticky Fingers, it is a Rib House that is the best in the South. I have been to MB 6 times in 2 1/2 years. I love it there.

Ocean City Maryland....Great clean beach and pretty fun nightlife. If your over 21 you can hit up the infamous Seacrets Niteclub, or Rush which is a southbeach style club..If your under 21 theres H20 nite club...Ocean City Maryland is the best unknown beach in the USA.
