i find them more effect then ever before. they have collected millions of dollars from deadbeats (hunt them down and take them to court for it if need be), thus less people are on welfare.

I have only been involved with the CSA for about two years but quite honestly, I have never come across a more incompetant shower of s**t.
They can't answer any questions when you ring them. The person you need to speak to is never available. They have told me to ring back after half four in the afternoon (they close at four!)
My hubby has been waiting for a refund from them for five months and they keep getting it wrong - either sending the wrong amount; sending the right amount and then claiming it back; sending a Giro credit which could only be paid out in Plymouth (we live in the Midlands!) and so on. He's been overpaying for over a year and they are so reluctant to do anything about it.
It can't be that hard, surely.
They may have smartened themselves up a bit for the parent with custody, but the "absent" parent still gets treated like muck.

To Fifi L'amour....

Those ba****ds. You know I used to work for them not so long ago and I had to work till eight. Not once when I was leaving of a night time did the security guard say that we had closed four hours ago.

Thank god I left that one.

Usless

Completely useless. They took nearly £500 off me in 2 months leaving me unable to eat and my ex only got £95 off them. Now I work cash in hand and buy her all the stuff she needs. Its easier for both of us!!
