I left it unattended for a little bit while it charged its battery, I didn't want anybody to mess with it so i locked it, and I know exactly what my unlock code is bcuz i do this all the time, but for some reason when I picked it back up today i can't get it unlocked......
it's a Verizon Wireless LG phone....help me if u can!!!

I happen to work in the tech department of a cellular company. Before I can help you, I need a little more info. What is the model number of your LG phone? Is it a GSM phone? A GSM phone has a SIM chip in the back of the phone. What exact message is on the screen when you turn it on? Give this info, and I can help you.

If you end up having to contact LG, be sure and have your ESN number ready. This # can be found on the back of the phone under the battery. There may be two ESN's. The ESN DEC is 11 digits long and is all numbers. The ESN HEX is 8 digits long and may include letters and numbers. I hope my info was helpful, good luck.

Try holding down the off button for about 1/2 min. or the # 3 button. Maybe that will bring it back on. Otherwise it maybe the battery is byby.

You just take the last 4 digits of your Phone # and unlock it I just had it done last week
