I saw a clip online from The Insider (reported by Victoria Recano) about a 400 lb seven year old named Jessica who lives in Tennessee. Has anyone heard about her? What is her condition now? I was absolutely stunned when I saw the footage and want to know if she was able to loose any weight. Also, did the parents face any [legal] consequences?

I understand that this could be a very serious medical condition. I wanted to know how the child is and if she has received any medical attention or treatment.

If a child weighs that much its from a medical condition and not the parents fault unless they didn't give her medical attention.

I haven't heard about her particular case, however I have heard of parents allowing their children to turn into gluttons. This is a shame and the parents should be charged with over feeding their child. There are starving people in this world and these goofy parents are having babies that weighs more than adults. Sick. Thank you and may GOD come soon to right the wrongs that has been done to this earth.
