I say no. Though it has certainly been taken advantage of, it is a great tool to ensure proper justice in extreme scenarios. It is just too bad that Bush won't use that invaluable tool to grant freedom to those poor border guards who are spending over 10 years in jail for doing their jobs and protecting us from a dirty illegal drug smuggler.
