I use download.com they do music for free aswell as software, games and other things, I think it's quite good, but there are loads of sites if you just look around

www.isohunt.com is where i get all my free music from. (but you'll need to download utorrent and peer guardian first, utorrent is where the files go to be downloaded, peer guardian protects your PC from bin hacked while its open to downloads) Hope it helps.
