Possibly your Account has been disabled ?
If your account is dialup, the modems could be out. If it is cable or DSL, then you may want to phone up and see what the situation is with your account

i'm getting this each and every of the time now. I actually have a sky e mail account . on condition that they went to Yahoo it rather is been not something yet problems . Disgraceful stuff . i will now not deliver or receieve any emails. form it out Sky / Yahoo. I pay sky over £a hundred a month for telephone/broadband/ sattelite television and this is purely not good sufficient.......

What were you doing when it first had the problem?

Did you install a new program? Open an email attachment?
Change anything in the settings?

did you try to reboot/restart your computer? I have a Dell, they have tech support, do you have tech support with the company you connect with your internet? They all have tech supports and they are usually really good at helping you out :)
