Look for someone EARNING over $75K a year and you'll at least have a chance of finding one. Notice I said EARNING - stay away from the trustafarians as their guilt over having free money makes them totally unreliable as coherent, thinking people you'd want to spend any time with.
Failing that, you could always go to a party meeting. Or, buy a car and go looking in San Mateo County. Forget the East Bay. Marin has pretty slim pickings, too, I'm afraid.
Good luck - you're gonna need it!
Or, hey, you could do what I did: find a Democrat with a brain in her head and convert her. It takes time, I know, but it's a lock as long as the Democrats keep making such stupid sounds. And, in SF, those sounds aren't just stupid, they're moronically, pathetically stupid.
Speaking of stupid, are any of the bozos on the Board of Stupervisors still babbling about a city income tax?
Last point and then I'll let you go: after 35 years in SF I moved to New Hampshire and discovered that smart, capable, Republican women are THICK on the ground here!
If you do decide to go this route, hurry, as morons fleeing the People's Republic of Massachusetts are arriving here daily and one of these days we too will have sales taxes and a state income tax. Unfortunately, refugees from the People's Republic of MA can't seem to remember just WHY they fled in the first place!

Well, I suggest you either move or visit somewhere in the south or the midwest because San Francisco is about as liberal as it gets. I do believe you are SOL in SF!
Although I'm from Texas and there are a lot of conservatives here, don't come to Austin which is located in Travis County. We are the exception to the rule: a sea of blue in an ocean of red and we are VERY proud of that!!

Your looking for a needle in a haystack. Maybe you should stop looking at the bars and clubs. Try taking a vacation to another state. Texas has lots of Conservative hotties that would suit you just fine.

You might do better in the East Bay (Walnut Creek and environs) or down in the Peninsula area.
Pretty much everyone knows that San Francisco is a citadel for liberal thought and practice... Seems like tilting at windmills to find a Republican -- and a young one at that -- in San Francisco.
Good luck on your search.

Well, you sound like an absolute charmer.
I'm sure you'll find a deserving republican female. Lucky, lucky girl.
