Rollover, schmollover.

Sprint is best. I've been with them for over 8 years. Very, very rarely do I experience a dropped call. Their customer service is great, and their plans are very reasonably priced.

People I know who have Sprint do not complain at all. People I know with other companies are always complaining.

Definitely Verizon. As long as you do the monthly airtime-free updates, you'll always have service (even in the subway!). Haven't had any dropped calls yet (it's been 4 years) and there aren't any hidden catches. Cool-looking phones, too.
