Steamboat v. Flair, iron man match. It had a great ending with Flair getting the piledriver through a table by Terry Funk. This was very unheard of at the time.
Rob Van Dam v. Jerry Lynn back in old ECW was also one of my favorites. I forget the PPV, but they had a clinic that neither man has lived down since leaving the company.
I was also fond of the Mike Awesome v. Masato Tanaka matches.
It's really hard to choose just one, but if I had to choose which one I could watch every day, I'd probably say Flair v. Steamboat.

The first ever ladder match HBK vs Bret Hart,it was at Summer Slam but I can't think of which one,I do have the tape here somewhere!I also loved the first ever King Of The Ring tournament,the whole thing beginning to end was great!!

*Favorite Tag-Team Match: "TLC 2" For the WWF Tag-Team Championship at Wrestlemania 17 (2001).
The Hardy Boyz (with Lita as back-up) .VS. Edge and Christian (with Rhyno as back-up) .VS. The Dudley Boyz (with Spike Dudley as back-up).
Highlights: Jeff Hardy getting speared by Edge, while hanging onto the tagteam belt hung onto the ceiling 60ft up in the air. (This is one of the greatest Wrestlemania Moments).
*Favorite One on One Match: "Icon VS Icon" at Wrestlemania 18 (2002).
The Rock .VS. Hulk Hogan
Highlights: Everything was just phenomenal (no words to describe it), except the moment when The Rock won, and the many times he did the Rock Bottom to the Hulkster, until he finally pinned him.
*Favorite Diva Match: "The Kiss of Death" For the WWE Women's Championship at Raw's Main Event, December 2004.
Lita .VS. Trish Stratus
Highlights: Lita doing a suicide dive from the ring onto Trish Stratus outside (it look liked her neck snapped, then fixed again). Lita doing a moonsault on Trish Stratus for the win (classic signature move).

My favorite match from the past would have to be ricky"the dragon" steamboat vs Randy "machoman" Savage and it aired on Saturday's Main Event.

Rock vs Hogan from Wrestlemania. I can not stand Hogan but I bought his dvd set just for that match. It was great seeing the icons from two eras go at it.
