Orton because storyline does permit it. Flair had his year of extreme last year (cringes at thought of Edge v. Flair on Raw) Carlito just doesn't have the push right now, then again neither did Shelton Benjamin, and he's been in two. My prediction for MitB is Orton will go on to win the qualifier, he and Edge will level everyone in the match, and then one will start climbing the ladder, and the other will pull them down, and they'll argue as someone climbs up and gets the suitcase.

It'll be Orton. There really isn't anything else for him to do at WM23, and he is to high up the roster for him to be left off the card. The angle is all there for him and Edge to finally come to blows. I'd like to see Matt Hardy win the mitb (he so deserving of a major push) but if not Matt, then Orton cause he should have been in the title mix alot more than he has been.
