Bears-26, Packers-21, Giants-18, Steelers-17, Browns-16, Redskins-15, Lions, Raiders, and Rams all tied with 13, Cardinals, and 49ers, i think, each have 11.

Counting only players who played the majority of their career w/said team
Bears: 26
Packers: 21
(not that including players who briefly played there wouldn't change it much --they blow most everyone out of the water).

The Bears, because they've been around for so long. They should take anyone who played before 1967 and put them in an alternate Hall of Fame, because QBs who threw for less yards in their career than I threw in 1990-91 have no place in the real HOF.

I know the steelers have at least 16, 10 of which were on the team that won 4 super bowls. but i honestly have no idea. besides the steelers my next bet would be the cowboys

last i heard it was the packers. the dude states there are 26 bears, depending upon how long the players were on the team. but either way, packers and bears have the most. it makes sense though as the packers have the most championships and the bears have the 2nd most in history. so i believe it. packers and bears have the most
