Well, a Clootie Dumpling is made with flour, breadcrumbs, dried fruit ,suet, sugar and spice with some milk to bind it, and sometimes golden syrup. (Its a pudding, sorta) A Crannachan is made from a mixture of whipped cream, whisky, honey, and fresh raspberries topped with toasted oatmeal. They are both traditional Scottish desserts. And they are both really good if made right.
